They just got a new system so things were running less than smooth. And coming from someone that works in the service industry I can understand and relate....nnI am giving 5 Stars for one particular person. And that person is Krystal! When my number didn’t get called for literally 2 hours, I was obviously frustrated. And came upto the window upset and she helped me right away. You could tell the stress of everything just being in the building... it was a crazy day. But she was amazing with directing me on what to do next and getting me taken care of.nnNeedless to say, thank you Krystal! You are the real MVP!
I never made it inside this place even though I went twice, so I can't comment on the service. However, I wanted to leave a review to let people know that you should never go here unless you absolutely have to. I'm 37 and I've never seen a BMV as busy as this place. I assume because they offer a lot of services. Both times I was there I waited over two hours (and that was with the online check in) and still left before my number was called. If you got here expect many hours of waiting.
The wait is extremely long and requires you to be there in person to get a place in line. I took a screenshot as proof that I waited 114minutes in line before it was my turn.nnMost of the staffs are really nice though.
Every time I have some business at this office I have to wait for hours. It is not just once or twice, it’s been like this for many years. I feel like no employee at this office has sense of urgency or cares about people, starting with the office manager ending with almost all employees.
What's point you all having a number system, my friend went in because his number got called to go into lobby to wait his turn( with about 20-25 people waiting outside) I went back to car to wait, over a hour went by and I got out to go see if something was wrong, because there was no one waiting outside, come to find out they had him waiting in lobby while they served everyone else. This is soo uncalled for, he already waited over a hour outside, for 5 minutes of service.
