M V B is a joke just like the post office. Phone line stays off the hook. Nobody answers the automated either. They don't want to help nobody because they already get a paycheck they still get a paycheck or even know when they get home so they don't care about helping people

They could not have been any friendlier. Very efficient, kept us posted about our wait, not as many folks could be in the building. All were friendly and very helpful!

Skips people .then blame it on you that you didn't hear it .. which why wouldn't they verbally call out a second time if perhaps the audible speaker did call your ticket .Which is quiet in the first place. Just don't care and don't wanna work. Too much ego and ignorance in this place
