I placed a curbside order. They cancelled my order because it was out of stock. I was right by the store when I got the cancel email. I needed something for my kids for school the next day so I dragged them and the baby into the store to find an alternative. Guess what I found? The item I originally ordered that was out of stock. Right where it was supposed to be. Looks like they opted to cancel my order instead of looking for the item.
There was a mix up in our delivery order, they made it right by hand delivering it themselves!
Love Party City.. was looking for specific lollipops they sell... they had 1 and it was cracked in half..ughhh. Needed these lollipops for my granddaughter's birthday cake. Love their variety of party supplies. My go to place for parties and family gatherings.
Terrible Service. Customer service was just awful. Standing in line for ten minutes before I finally spoke up and said we're ready to check out. Guy turns around and checks us out. Why were there 3 employee not doing anything and we were just waiting for one to turn around and see we were there????
