This particular Target is run very poorly. Several Target employees standing around chatting with one another, having conversations about their morning. Meanwhile, there is no cash register open. Only self check out which had a line of 5 people waiting to check out. One of the self check out registers was out order. It's 10:42 in the morning and no register open. Seems like there were plenty of employees around that could have helped check out the customers. Also, Target Dollar Spot is almost always empty. If you want anything from there, you have to drive to the Target at Mill Run.
