Those is Lowe's before the one in Grove City compared to the South high Street

We had waited & waited for someone that would help us with getting a piece of plywood & getting it cut. I asked a gentleman walking by & he went to try & find someone to help us. But, when he couldn't get someone to help us, he helped us. He was from the garden dept. but he grabbed that plywood & he measured & cut it exactly how I wanted it. Then, when we got upfront to pay for it, it rang up nearly $30 more than the tag said. So he came right back & got everything fixed for us. He didn't have to do all that for us, but he took time out of his busy day to make sure we were happy bc there was no one else around to do it. Actual good customer service doesn't seem to be a highest priority much anymore, unfortunately. But, he definitely did give us Great customer service & we were very glad that he was thereud83dudc4d

Needed to get a filter for our fridge. Two employees sitting at the dead chatting. Waited then excused myself and ask for help locating the filter. Employee really didn't appreciate being bothered. Never said a word to me, got up and got the filter, handed it to me, sat back down and started talking to the same employee. Never uttered a word to me. Sorry to bother him.

Personally, I prefer Home Depot over Lowe's but this particular location rivaled most home Depot locations.nDefinitely noteworthy!!
