I am very happy with my experience at this store.. Sometimes, mistakes happen and associates fall short. I understand that. But, what really stood out to me was after sharing my initial experience, was the exceptional care I received from the customer service supervisor, Kathleen. I also got to speak with Jay, the store manager, who ensured my experience was top notch and helped me to complete my order. Amazing customer service still exists. If you dont believe me, go to this store and ask for Kathleen. She's amazing.
Usually has what I am looking for
Very helpful customer service. Which I have found to be a normal aspect of visiting The Home Depot. This one is kind of off in the cut with some tricky trafficking to reach. Go in the daytime if it's your first time visiting this location.
Clean store, friendly staff and great selection. I love home depot. For DIY repair projects to a totally new kitchen, this is my go to place!
Their return policy is wonderful. They refunded several things for us and gave us in store credit with no hassle. We then picked out a new kitchen faucet. They had several to pick from. We had brisk check out band were on our way. Friendly staff.
