McDonald's

We were traveling through Columbus, Ohio today and decided to stop at this McDonald's to grab lunch before we continued on our five hour drive to Maryland. Walking into McDonald's there wasn't really anybody in there at all so they were able to help us right away. They opened up extra registers just to get my group of 18 through as quick as possible. One of the new employees was asking questions about our group and where we were from he was intrigued that we were from Illinois. He was very enthusiastic and so were the other employees. They got us in and out of that restaurant within 10 minutes and it was quite impressive. As we were getting ready to leave I decided to go back up and grab an ice coffee for the road. A that time I saw everyone cheering in the background about how happy they were that they got the Illinois group in and out so quickly. They were proud of themselves and honestly it was really nice to see the enthusiasm and to see the manager out there cheering them on too! I mentioned to them that I was one of the top photographers on Google Maps and that I thought they did a great job and that I would love to put a picture of their group and give them a great review and they were all very excited to pose for the picture! My husband is in management and at his job and he also noticed the enthusiasm that the employees had and honestly that's a clear indication of how great the management is in this restaurant! It really was so nice to see everyone so happy and patting themselves on the back.nUnfortunately customer service has been slacking off a lot in service nowadays so it was really nice to be able to see a group of employees that cared about the customers and were actually enjoying their job!nTo the employees from McDonald's in Columbus Ohio if we come back through on the way back home we will definitely come back and visit you guys!

My Daughter wanted a treat and her and her roommate are in quarantine. I picked up a 10 piece chicken nugget meal for her and a 4 piece just nuggets for her roommate. The McDonald's app did not load on my phone so I used the drive through to order. The order was taken quickly and the food soon followed. We did have to wait in the takeout waiting area for a few minutes. The order was correct and the meal delivered to my Daughter and her roommate.

Kids preparing food weren’t wearing gloves or masks. Employee cleaning tables in the dining also had her mask pulled down.nDid not eat food.

If I could give them NOOOOOO stars I would. My whole meal was horrible. The only reason I gave them 1 star is the tea was good n u can't leave a review without at least 1 star. The nuggets were a brick, fries so salty u can't even eat them n they were cold n hard anyway, the burger was dried out. I think I'm gonna stop going to McDonald's, the food has been bad way to many times. McDonald's hires people who just don't care about their work.
