Left flowers out front with no call and they froze. Who wants to look at dead flowers when your grieving?
I ordered a flower arrangement for my mothers birthday online at from your flowers.com. Paid over 60$ for what I thought was going to be a beautiful arrangement of flowers. I paid extra to make sure they were delivered before Noon to her place of employment. The arrangement we received looked NOTHING like what was pictured online and what I paid for. It looked about 3 times smaller as well. I am upset that I spent over 60$ on a arrangement that was beautiful but was NOTHING like what I paid for. I will never order from that website again and would never recommend anyone to purchase a flower arrangement from your company.
Received lovely flowers! Very excited and they look beautiful.
This place is a joke!!!! My husband paid over $70.00 for an arrangement that had 3 roses and two carnations with some ugly sparce greenery. They should not be in business. We called they were supposed to bring out a new arrangement but have not heard a peep from them. Do not use them. I would post pics but site will not allow.
Worst flowers ever!! I ordered thru FTD, I had ordered a specific Bouquet to the cost of $58 dollars. When it arrived it contained 12 flowers and 15 stems of baby’s breath.. the same bouquet at Kroger’s grocery cost $15.00. When I called to ask about it they said it was the designer’s choice... if this is the designers choice then he or she has bad taste!! I will never use them ever.
