Sheena T- the managernMy husband and I bought brand new sheets for our guest bedroom for $30 just 2 days ago. We bout the sheets back to tjmaxx because when we opened the bag it had a terrible stinch like it sat in a warehouse and were really disappointed. We are huge TJ Maxx shoppers and were very eager to return them and shop for some others. The cashier who checked us out quickly alerted the manager whose name was Sheena T. She immediately made statements like “Well the picture has stripes.” The sheets we bought were an off white. She immediately made us feel as if we had done something wrong and these were not the sheets we bought 2 days ago. She went to go find another and as you know every TJ Maxx is not the same. She did not try to assist with our concern or disappointment. She did not try to call the other store to ask any questions about the current item. It was an insult that she made us feel as if we did not pay for the exact items we brought in and told us we had to return it to the Easton location where we got it from. I was very upset because of the principle and the way she made us feel from the beginning. Just know that she is not a manager that will assist her customers optimally and is not an asset to this company.

Each rep was helpful and nice. They assisted me with all my needs. One rep even found something that I had been looking for that was thought the store did not carry. A plus! Got a lot of my Christmas gifts checked off of the list bc of variety of items thru carry. Thanks Maxx!!

The downfall is they're always rearranging in there and hardly have any rae dunn. Some workers hide and set back rae dunn stuff for people they know and call them to have them come get it. Not all workers do this. They are friendly and greet you at door

Sooo close to Christmas yet shelves/racks are well stocked. Line went quickly.

Several people were walking around the store with no masks on a busy Saturday. Several employees were also wearing masks below their noses. Don’t shop here if you care about your health and safety.
