Terrible customer service and attitude from employee. Came in to the store to catch up with my father, just in time to hear the associate behind the counter. He answered my father's questions in a rude condescending tone. As a manager in a service orientated industry, I was appalled by his actions, words, and behavior. This is exactly why retail is dying, and why I grabbed my father and we left, taking our business elsewhere. Your customers are the reason you have a job, and until you treat them with respect and give them the individualised time and attention they deserve, you'll never stay afloat. My father and I were the only customers in the store, I'm sure any sale is better than no sale.
Nice prices, quick service.
I love Eddie Bauer and I love this store. The manager recognizes me when I come in. I'm not sure that's a good thing! ud83dude02 Eddie Bauer clothes are a little pricey in general, but if you shop the sales and clearance you're going to get good value for clothing that will last for years.
Love the gear. The clothes are universal and read uh for anything.
Just got back home after visiting the Eddie Bauer Outlet store. I only get there once or twice a year since it's a 30 minute drive. I had to exchange a shirt I bought eleven months ago that wasn't my size. They exchanged it even tho I brought it back with the wrong receipt. For that I'm grateful!! Love their top quality clothing!! They last for years!!
