The cashiers are most of the time rude, both Taco Bell’s in Georgetown are actually a big joke. I love Taco Bell but the ones in Scott County really need to get it together. It’s ridiculous that they’re fully staffed and they have no dine in due to the virus, but still act rude and are in no hurry to get the food to the customers. Someone should really clean house at these locations.
Good food and usually really good service at this location, especially when John B is working the front counter. I do not know him outside of taco bell, but he remembers us by name every time we come in. He compliments my kids and makes it a memorable experience. A rarity amongst the fast food industry.
The food was half cold when handed to me.nI gave this restaurant 4 stars due to seeing an employee entertaining a baby in a stroller before pushing into taco bell. I saw through the glass other employees paying attention to the baby and I assumed the original person pushing the baby around outside was a parent and resumed back to working.nI find it admirable that a workplace would understand that during this time, parents need to work too and allow them to bring their child to work when daycares and baby sitters are scarce to find.nIt did brighten my night to see this at Taco Bell.nI hope more employers follow this lead.
Ordered 12 soft taco supreme and there was no sour cream and you pay like 10 dollars more for it. Tried to call but no one answers. Both taco bell in Georgetown sucks!
As of recently,this taco bell has gone down. I had ordered nachos and when I got to eating them they were covered in cinnamon twist powder. When my food was taken out of the bag,they had placed it upside down so it had fallen out. Just not as good as it use to be,maybe stop hiring so many teenagers
