My girlfriend wanted to use one of her mothers diamonds in her engagement ring. I was told I needed the measurements of the diamond so that the correct prongs could be applied to the setting. I called ricks to figure what I need to do. I asked him how I go about figuring out the size of the diamond. He told me to hold it up to the phone to see if he could guess. Not in a joking way. I am trying to figure everything out so that I can give her the ring she wants. I was hoping to have a custom engagement ring made.After our conversation on the phone, he will never see any of our business. Called another jeweler in Milford and they were more than helpful and explained everything to me.

I had a necklace with a cross and the chain was sort of a cheap quality that had broke..! So I purchased a 24c new necklace chain and the clasps on the ends wouldn't pass through the hole on the cross and the spring loaded clasp on the new chain also broke...!! Rick fixed both issues as I waited and charge me a very fair price....!! Thanks Rick again for your great service....!! Mike L.

I can't put into words how PERFECT the piece of jewelry he made for me is!! We showed him a photo and he went above and beyond!!!! When I opened the box it literally took my breath away. His prices are SO AFFORDABLE, I was stunned he charged us what he did. His time alone was worth more than he charged us for the whole ring! I will cherish it forever and hopefully pass it to my daughter. He's a kind gentleman that is truly gifted at his craft! Thank you so much for the ring, it's divine!!
