They assumed I was trying to get extra blood testing strips by going to a different doctor. I had to get angry for them to shut up and listen to me. My insurance approved it when my doctor sent in a new rx. They did not call my insurance to verify, just kept telling me I couldn’t get any more strips until they renewed and they didn’t bother calling when the doctor sent in another rx. I had left once before guess this time will be for good. It’s hard enough fighting with health, aging, problems I don’t need this.
All of my experiences with the pharmacy here have been awful. There is one specific lady who was extremely rude on multiple occasions when I was just asking a simple question.
Always have been very nice and helpful!!!
Walgreens is the worst pharmacy EVER. Can't talk to anyone, just get an automated assistant. My insurance only uses Walgreens or Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart here I come.
Well stocked, and the pharmacy people have worked there for a while and are friendly, in my opinion. That said, they are slow. If I pull in and see just one car at their drive thru window I can usually get faster service by parking and walking inside.nnThe rest of the store seems to have a high turnover rate of employees, which never seems good. I might have had the same cashier up front twice in within the last few years.nnWhile the store can't do anything about this, if you have to head west on Route 28 when pulling out of their lot, even if exiting on Woodville, traffic can be a real challenge, to the point I usually avoid stopping here during rush hour.
