I’m going to start this off by saying we have never had an issue with BCW and we still don’t. Last night while giving our son a bath, that water completely stopped working upstairs. Went downstairs and the water was slow and starting to stop too. I immediately called BCW to make sure our water wasn’t turned off for any reason. He lady on the phone got my info and had an on call tech call me. He called a little bit later and I was out getting food. I talked to him through our Ring doorbell and he was kind enough to walk me through what was possibly going on, even though he was talking through a doorbell. BCW went above and beyond in my eyes, even though we found out the issue isn’t with our water service.

Terrible water service. You can’t pay the online bill online if more than 350, will cut the water with out a notice. Unbelievable!

I have lived in Butler county for basically my entire life. Paid my taxes, my bills, for a long long time. I come home from work on Friday night to find out that my water has been disconnected. My kids are grown and gone and I'm in good health so it's an inconvenience only. Do they do this to everyone? With no contact other than a mailed bill? I imagine some people may have it worse and this type of policy could cause some real problems.We did miss a payment and today, Friday is when it was due again. Friday evening, no water. This is a bad policy. Very disappointed with the Butler County Water and Sewer Department.

same as you see below. critical 3rd interview tomorrow and BCWS decide to shut my water off on a Friday when I'm gone on another 12 hour day. then want to charge an extra $111 to turn it back on over the weekend. That's the rub, they want the extra money . I'll take it out my own way BCWS. How about sending me a disconnect notice BEFORE you turn my F*%^& water off on a critical weekend? I'm going to the PUCO about this as my next step but it's going to get worse for you.

My 2nd kid was born and paying the water bill on time like I have done for years slipped my mind. I was less than 2 months overdue, and without any phone or email advance notice, my water was turned off. I had to leave work to deal with the issue and was charged 40 dollars. When I called about the fee, the worker claimed that I was 3 months overdue when my billing statements clearly show that I was less than 2 months overdue. This is unacceptable.
