If I could give zero stars I would. I highly recommend NOT going here. We came and put our name on the sign in list and we were next in line after waiting almost 50 MINUTES and the employee completely skipped us and helped another customer. I believe it was because we were of color and not white.
My husband and I stopped here to get his measurements. We weren't sure if we were getting the suit here or not. But, after today we definitely will not be going here again. They need to seriously work on being polite and nice to customers. The lady my husband talked to rolled her eyes when he asked to be measured. You could visually see that she felt put out. We did get his measurements, so that is why they got two stars. The app they use is really good.
Both my suits fit completely different. I trusted this company because it is literally their job to get correct. Both suits fit horrible and now I need a third party tailor to fix the issues.
Horrible, called 3 times to try and add the shoes for a wedding, I went to get fitted at this location already a month ago, they could not find me in the system and no one I talked to acted like they cared to meet my needs. I’m not one to ever complain but they just had poor customer service
Terrible service no one there ever to help you. Never have any maned checkout lines open. Always want you to do self check out and God help you if you need help no one will be there to help you. Terrible terrible terrible service!!!! Just to make it clear terrible terrible terrible service!!!!
