We ordered shirts on March 13 (payment posted this day) for our children. I understand with covid there would be a delay. However we are now into August and we do not have the shirts. I have called several times over the last month and left messages. No one ever answers the phone or returns call. I do not recommend this company. Scott's in West Chester has AMAZING customer service and products. Use them instead.
They are awesome. Friendly, loving and willing to get you the best price. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They done shirts for my church and they great. Everyone was pleased. Thank God I found someone who cares about their customer.
They were fantastic! I emailed Mark (the owner) and he was able to get the items I needed ordered and to me in about 24 hours. He did a way better job than my original supplier and the items turned out amazing! I couldn't have been happier!nnThanks again to Mark and his team!!
Good work but one guy seems to not like what he is doing. Ive never been to a place where a customer gets lectured. Reasonable prices and job was well done otherwise.
I contacted Liberty Sportswear when another embroider in the area dropped the ball on my order. Mark was able to get my information, my files, and have a proof to me by the next day. Amazingly fast turn around time. I would recommend to anyone! Thanks so much Mark!
