This place is so slow. How is it possible that my prescription was sent the day before and still not ready to be picked up? They had over 24 hours to fill it. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or simply incompetence. This has occurred on several occasions. I'm about to switch my families scripts to Kroger.

The pharmacy here is THE WORST!! Never have prescriptions ready, even when you get a call saying it’s ready. I stopped going to this pharmacy & switched to Kroger, but today I had a script sent here for my daughter because it was more convenient than going to Kroger. We get to the Walgreens two hours after the script is called in & are told they are out of stock and it won’t be in for a few days. My first question - and you guys don’t call people to let them know you don’t have it, so we don’t come & can send it to another pharmacy?? She looked at me like this was the craziest thing she had heard and said “oh I guess the pharmacist doesn’t. I don’t know.” I explained to her how my daughter needed the medication today & how it would have been nice to know it wasn’t there. She just shrugged. I won’t be going to this Walgreens anymore - for anything.

I would give a zero if I could. There is a lady in the pharmacy with red hair and glasses that is very rude. The doctor called in a script but the pharmacy would not fill it because of insurance issues. A call was placed and told it would be paid for in cash and was placed on hold for several minutes so drove out there. Told again it would be paid for with cash. The lady with red hair and glasses told us to sit down it would be 10 minutes, but nobody else was there and waiting. The glasses lady said she had to look up somebody's information and could not do it because we were standing there. I told her we could not see the computer screen. She said if we would not sit down she would call the manager. Go ahead! The manager was a descent lady told her to do her job or go take a break. Needless to say it only took 3 mimutes to count out 21 pills for seizures that has to be taken on schedule. It is places like this that I am thankful in Missouri we have Mom and Pop pharmacies instead of dealing with jokes like the one here in Trenton.
