Second colonoscopy with Dr.Case. First one was great and this one I did today was unsedated. He was extremely polite with great bedside manor. He checked several times on my comfort level and I could not be happier with my experience. I will always use Dr.Case for my screenings! Thanks doc!!!

I like the nurse practitioner. I barely saw dr before my procedure. But things were fine. I’m still a little on edge, as no one can find my problem/issue. I will meet him today for a 4 week follow up that’s almost 2 months out. But I’m going to give the practice an opportunity to show me they take it seriously. I felt the nurse practitioner did; but I’m still on ‘watch’ with the actual doctor.

So I had my procedure a month ago. I had my follow up visit with Dr. Case today. So I show up after driving from an hour away and the receptionist tells me that’s she called and left me a message on Monday....ud83eudd14. So I never received this message but the nurse practitioner saw me instead of the doctor. Not only did I have problems connecting with the doctor before my procedure but my experience with this office has been horrible all around. The girls in the office seem completely clueless and like they really don’t care about the patients. I called many times and left messages many times because I was having problems. After today’s visit and all the frustration from going here and it being so far away from home....I’m so doneud83dudc40! I wouldn’t refer this doctor office to people I don’t likeud83dude0f!

Dr. Case is great, he takes the time to explain things and has great bedside manner. His staff is friendly and helpful.

I decided to transfer specialists to someone closer to home rather than continue driving to Lexington. And unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to meet with Dr. Case, I met with the nurse practitioner, Tricia Greer. She made me feel very uncomfortable in an already uncomfortable situation for a women, or anyone for that matter. Coming to see a physician to take care of a problem that you know you have shouldn't be lead by embarrassment and uncomfortableness by your care taker. Very disappointed in the way Tricia Greer conducted herself in a vulnerable moment for myself and hope this doesn't happen for any future patients. Will unfortunately be going back to my original specialist in Lexington.
