Last night we arrived at the SLC airport and were confused about the location of an offsite car rental office. Burton at the Delta ticket check-in helped us to locate it. He asked around, then walked my wife and I to the front end of the terminal and showed us the shuttle. Though it it might not seem alot to someone familiar with the airport; when you arrive confused, and someone does this for you, it leaves a very positive impression. Kudos to Burton!

Delta Reservations is the worst. Had a bad experience at the DMV? That will seem like a good experience compared to working with Delta Reservations. I had a trip planed to go to China in May of 2020. With the pandemic Delta canceled my flight. That's fine. Delta won't refund my money but will instead issue me a credit. Ok. Delta will not allow me to use some of the credit to take my kids on a trip. Wait a minute! They keep telling me "we can't do that" apply a credit we gave to you to a trip with your family. Yes you can! Other airlines do it you just don't want to. Have you ever tried to change a flight with them? Delta can change the flight on you for any reason but if you have to make a change they will charge you $150 minimum. How is it that asking someone at a computer to push a button costs you more than the airline actually flying you to another state? Good to great customer service on the flights. Horrible, terrible, frustrating customer service on the back end!! AAHHHHHH Delta reservations curse you!!!!

I have never once had a bad experience. Delta always seems to have a good solution or answer to issues that may arise and I have always felt taken care of. The Delta App has also been good to me. 👍🏻

I have just started using delta for business travel. The nonstop flights are forcing me to. The attention to meaningless details is profound while the mechanical condition of the aircraft is extremely questionable. One plane was making strange noises and another one was grounded and caused a several hour delay. I will make every effort to use one of their competitors.
