Customer service is not good. You have to bring the lined cakes, and if the client does not bring the lined box, the agency does not sell you or has the paper or tape so that the client can send the box. The saleswoman says they are too busy to offer that service. Also the price per pound is double that in Qeens and NJ. At any agency in Queens, they will take the box, wrap it up, etc. They offer you good service.
