I came to Utah as an 18 year old knowing nothing about what I wanted to do with my adult life. Most of my college career I knew Ensign as LDSBC, this is my last semester at the college.
I have had the chance to grow spiritually, and mentally. The price is unbeatable from anywhere else, I have loans of about $20k while many of my friends at the U are $50-70k behind in loans from their bachelors degrees which proves that Ensign is a great price.
I did a paralegal studies certificate and found that I will be able to make significantly more than my peers at the U at my first college graduate job.
While I will not be working as a paralegal, (I’ll be working at a small business instead), I have my degree to fall back on if I lose my job in the future.

My courses were split between BYU campus in Provo and LDS business college. It may seem cliche to say, but I felt as if the instructors were just as displeased with being at LDSBC and not BYU as I was. It was nearly a daily thing to hear, "they wouldn't do this at BYU." I couldn't take it and dropped all my courses here. If you're not ready or able to get into U of U, or UVU, SLCC would be a much better option.
