JayWay put together a memorable trip with visits to Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Kraków for a group that I was part of. They met us at the airport and got us to the hotels in each location and arranged tours of each city along with giving us the experience of local foods as we traveled. With stops in small villages to explore on our own along with suggestions for lunch or dinner options. The tour leader was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing. The tour guides that we had as we visited each city provided a good history lesson and were anxious to share with us the life and culture of the places they showed us. We had a great experience with JayWay travel. We visited Budapest, Vienna and Prague and all details were taken care of with tremendous attention to our preferences and needs. I definitely feel that we got everything that was promised to us, from personal transfers from the airport/train station, fabulous hotels with wonderful breakfasts and outstanding personalized walking tours and recommendations. I would definitely travel with JayWay again, and will certainly recommend them to a friend.

This is the second time we have used JayWay, and we have been very pleased both times. JayWay's excellent support allows us to do our own thing on our own schedule in countries where we would be lost because of the language barriers and our unfamiliarity with the areas. All contacts/guides provided were particularly punctual, friendly, and polite, and most impressively were highly experienced and educated. We were able to walk around cities strange to us and have discussions with guides who were lawyers, economists, business owners, and graduate students. All were very sensitive to covering areas and discussions that were specifically desired by us. Also, the advance communication with JayWay before our travel was exceptionally helpful, and their responses to our questions were quick and thorough. A great way to go if you don't want to get stuck with the standard old tour group routine.

JayWay met all of our needs in the planning stage and fulfilled all our expectations on our trip. Every contact person along the way were a joy to work with and they all were eager to make our trip a success. The guides provided were extremely knowledgeable and personable. As far as we are concerned, the trip was perfect. We fell in love with Poland and will certainly use JayWay for future travel.
