The staff was very helpful and personable. The store is covid careful. Lots of sanitizer available and limited number of customers allowed in at a time!

Rude. I went in to exchange a ring that I got a week ago but they refused to let me. I bought it online and picked it up at the store; when there, they never gave me a case or bag. When I went back to exchange it for my size, she refused to saying that it was my fault for not bringing it in the bag and case (which I never received in the first place). She said that I “could” have worn it, even though it didn’t fit me..? I asked to speak to the manager but she claimed it was her... not a very accepting manager that wants sails I guess. But oh well, I will no longer return to this store to purchase anything. I apologize for the workers that are nice and take the time to truly help some customers out, but my experience was not pleasant with the ‘manager’.

Rude. I went in to return my bday gift for a store credit and they refused to process my return and said they didn’t have gift cards so I couldn’t get store credit. How does a store not have gift cards during the holidays. I will never make a purchase from this location again.
