Awesome establishment. There's a very friendly atmosphere, the value of your items are well and clearly explained to you and the best price for both parties is worked out. They even went as far as to sell one of my pieces to an associate in an attempt to get me an even better price. Great service and a great transaction

I wanted share my experience at Downtown Gold City in New Rochelle North Ave. I had some old jewelry I wasn’t wearing so I decided to sell it. It was my first time selling gold and the gentleman at the shop made me feel comfortable. He was friendly and provided a great customer experience. He provided a fair price for the item & would recommend the shop to anyone in the area looking to sell some items.

As far as “Pawn Brokers”, gold and other precious metal buyers and pawn shops are concerned, this specific experience was by FAR the absolute best I’ve had since my first time selling jewelry. “Second to NONE” for customer service, friendly atmosphere and genuine effort to help guide those not so experienced. Recommend them 1,000,000%
