I have to say, this was one amazing encounter of the best bend over backwards customer service I’ve ever received! Nikki, was my associate who helped get a nightmare of a package sent out! The girl has hussle and was extremely pleasant to work with! She resolved all my issues with a smile and just kept diving in to figure out the resolve! You have one hell of an employee! I’ll be back and a loyal Russell Springs customer!!! Thank you! This kind of service is hard to come by!
