My favorite pharmacy! The pharmacist and the staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I love that they can text you updates with your prescription when it's ready

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. My dog's oncologist called in a prescription this morning for a antibiotic my dog needs. I called at noon to be sure it had been received and was told oh we haven't checked voicemail yet but I'll take care of it right away and you will get a text when it's ready. I called again several hours later and this time the excuse was they were really busy this morning but they would certainly get it ready before closing. When I had the chance to call a couple of hours later I got a recording that the pharmacy was closed. We're talking medications that people and pets need. I wasn't trying to order a pizza. This is completely unacceptable. So now my dog will start taking his antibiotics a full day later than he should have. The people who were working today should be ashamed of themselves and at the very least receive disciplinary action. But I doubt either will happen.

Awful... no one ever wants to do their job here and they get seriously mad when you ask them to do their job. If you're having your doctor call In your script, tell them to NOT leave a voicemail, that they have to keep calling till they talk to someone as they NEVER check it unless you call a million times and harass them. Absolutley ridiculous.
