You have amazing people who work in this store. They go out of their way. They are never pushy. They give you all the time you need. They listen for what you are looking for and near ever rush you. Suzanne and others make this store amazing to go in to. Really think other stores near by could learn a lot about customer service from all of them. It's also nice they remember you by name. You really have a bunch of nice people working here. I have been a customer over 20 years and still very happy. Was sad to hear Sheila left a couple years back. She was another wonderful person in this store as well..

I stopped in to have my rings cleaned....I know it’s covid but the woman didn’t seem to be excited about helping. She said the ring cleaner was not very clean, other people’s rings had been cleaned in there and there wasn’t any disinfectant. Gross...She said I could wait...meaning she didn’t feel like helping me. I have to say I am glad she was honest about the situation but instead of offering the dirty service maybe they should close the ring cleaning for now....I opted to wait because of the person maybe more than the dirty factor but a large company like Kay should also figure it out like most companies have. No protocol for covid? Good grief, folks. Your mall is already pretty empty,, I hope you survive with getting things Up to speed it would be too bad to see another chain leave. I know many people write negative reviews because they have nothing better to do but I felt this was warranted.

Absolutely horrible service! My boyfriend and i stopped in to get a ring i got from there sized and i believe he had plans to buy an engagement ring as well to propose to me the day of during plans we had for the afternoon, the gentlemen who worked there couldnt bother taking 2 minutes of his time to help us really quick, instead he said he was to busy helping other customers that were clearly just browsing for a possible friendship ring but was clear they had the entire day to just shop around and didnt even look like they were in definate of buying something! Definitely just lost a customer ! Next time ill be sure to go to zales or belden jewelers! Probably was discriminating because we are a younger couple so assumed we didnt have money? Not sure.
