Natalie has some really nice items, worth a visit. We bought a nice antique kitchen table and some chairs. However, we purchased an etagerie. On delivery by Natalie's service, a piece fell off. Despite numerous phone calls to Natalie's employee Jack, and a call to Natalie, and equally numerous promises to have the item fixed, they did nothing. That's why I give only two stars. Merchants need to stand by their products. Natalie didn't.
