The staff are very friendly and welcoming here. It's clean and everything is in order as well. I'm autistic and I have a hard time understanding something if it's not worded to me a certain way and the woman working the register was patient and understanding with me when I was confused on what was being explained regarding the seating. I definitely recommend Palace Theatre, amazing experience without a doubt!!!!
First time back since they were able to reopen. They have everything worked out to help movie goers stay safe from covid-19. Pick your seat. They are all clearly marked.sanitizer is outside each theater. It's great to have them back open!!
I was visiting Corning during the last weekend and caught up on a show of “maleficent” movie here. This place proved to be a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The staff is great and they made sure that all the customers had a great experience - from serving warm snacks to keeping the theater clean, the small yet lovely team ensures you are all smiles the entire time that you’re there. Shout out to Mackenzie and Sam for being so good at their jobs - I would highly recommend watching a show here especially when you are visiting Corning.

Popcorn was too salty, the theater was freezing. I had to go out and tell the kids to turn the heat on. It stated the movie started at 8:45 but we arrived 8:20 and within 10 minutes the movie was on. Didn't see any previews which is nice to see coming attractions. For a Friday night there were only 6 people in our movie? You must do more to keep your place relevant. Offer more food selections, discount prices for veterans and their families which I didn't see on your website. At least Regal Cinemas offers food selections, plus discounts for veterans. Or AARP discounts which I did not see offered online? The 3 people that were running your theater seemed bored? I may just spend my money back at Regal.
