I had a truly amazing experience at Zales at the Waterloo Outlets. I had been looking for a engagement ring for almost a year and just couldn't find the right one. When I first went into Zales the staff was very friendly and did an awesome job at understanding what exactly I was looking for. Jocelyn went above and beyond. She brought in a few different sets of unique cut diamonds for me until I found the perfect one. Jocelyn's suggestion of having the diamond set at their upcoming show was perfect. I was able to see exactly what my ring was going to look like. Great experience from the first moment I walked in the door. I can't recommend them enough!

I have bought many pieces here, including my fiancee's engagement ring. They were very helpful with the purchasing options and the customization of the piece. They all clearly like doing what they do.
