Today was the first time I had been at this office. All of the office staff were courteous and treated me with utmost kindness. Everyone is very friendly and take time to give you the best care possible.I left there feeling a lot better about any health issues I might have.

Nice place to go when you need good care

The only reason they get one star is because Susan Sloan is an amazing nurse practitioner, one of the best I’ve ever met and very dedicated to her patients. Everything else about that office is horrible. The receptionist is horrible and it’s a joke. They can’t get billing info correct, you’ll be put on hold for over 45 minutes and nobody can keep up with paperwork, when you schedule an appointment make sure they actually enter in the correct date and time into the system, because they don’t and when you show up for an appointment you have to wait two hours. The receptionist takes personal calls at the front desk and speaks loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear, loses medical cards and information just wrote down and received. Horrible phone etiquette. Our ultrasound tech office was also put on hold for thirty minutes after we were told to do a walk in and the office couldn’t grasp the concept that it needed to be cleared and scheduled ahead of time for billing purposes. And also make sure your insurance is entered correctly or you’ll get a $500 bill in the mail for vaccinations that your insurance covers. Waiting room is small but cute with very large play area for kids. I’ll be surprised if they stay open much longer. The nurses there are the only forms of intelligent life and without the proper people running the office, patients will leave. Reception needs to step it up big time. I’ve never had more headaches from a drs office in my life. Still questioning if we will go back. But our Nurse is amazing and that’s the only thing pushing me to stay. You’ll never find a better person to take care of your medical needs.

They are great get me in and out ask if I need a ride home awesome crew

The environment is homey and the employees are absolutely amazing!
