Jessica is an absolute joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and fun (think ring-pops for kids who visit the store). I have purchased several items from Jess, both custom designed and vintage. She described each piece to me, made suggestions based on my personal style, the size of my hands, the shape of my neck, and more. She truly knows what will work for each and every client and is able to present her expertise in such a way that is not pushy, but instead sincere. Each time I return home, I make sure to stop in. Jess is more than an extremely talented jeweler, she is also an easy friend. Amazing!

Not only do they do a phenomenal job at resizing rings, but Jess is the sweetest person! She was great at keeping you updated and making sure you’re getting the best quality. I’m so glad I was able to find this place and get my rings resized !

If you haven't met Jess, you should! She is experienced in repairs of antique jewelry, and I am thrilled with the results!! I never have worked with a jeweler who would spend personal time to find the best solution at the best price. She stayed in contact with me through every step, and went above and beyond to get my jewelry back in time for a family event. I am so grateful to have her level of expertise in our community!

I've been getting my jewelry from J. Gorman for years now, starting with my engagement ring and wedding band. I can't imagine working with anyone else. She focuses on the details and takes the time to really understand her clients style. I appreciate her flexibility as well, of course you can walk in and pick a beautiful piece from the store but you can also have her create a specific design you have in mind or maybe something you saw somewhere else and have been searching for, which is exactly what she did for me. She also has pieces for every budget, there is no reason to ever be intimidated when working with Jess. She will strictly stick to your budget as well, no pushiness or upselling. But most importantly, her jewelry is just stunning. I receive compliments on my rings daily and my favorite necklace and earrings from her store are part of my everyday attire. I definitely suggest stopping by or even reaching out online, you won't be disappointed.

Jess is talented, knowledgeable and professional. I had a very complicated request for my engagement ring requiring incorporating my Grandmother's antique ring with a custom turquoise and diamond stacked ring. Jess nailed it. She was able to secretly collaborate with my husband and create exactly what I wanted. She did it all remotely and had everything shipped safely. Even if you can't make it into her store she still has the ability to work with you from afar. She's the best!
