Still like the place but the service was pretty unimpressive. Usually much better so maybe just an off night.

Absolutely awful! You must pester them or else you'll never get seated. Significant wait times for food after ordering, and accuracy of food was horrible. When we first arrived on a Thursday at 7:00 pm, we were told it would be a 15-minute wait max and they took our phone number and told us to wait in the car until we receive a text. We could see several open tables in the bar area, but we're told that they didn't have enough staffing in the bar to take care of us. 45 minutes later after watching other people that arrived after us go in and complain and then be seated, I finally went in and complained and they immediately sat us at that point. We did the two for $25 deal and we immediately received our drinks, but waited another 20 minutes for food. They completely forgot about our appetizer and just gave us our main dishes. Finally after we had finished eating our main dishes they brought us our appetizer that was dry and burnt because it was made to fast, and it was wrong. After eating our main dishes and then our appetizer, we got cheesecake for dessert, but it was frozen in the center and pretty much unedible. The only positive was that our server was trying her best and did a wonderful job. From what we could tell which was very apparent from our dinner and everyone else around us, the kitchen had a huge backlog despite only being at half capacity. Key things they need to fix: 1) The hostess needs to give accurate wait times, and be working with waiters to better ensure that customers are being seated as quickly as possible. The way it works now and from watching people outside wait for their tables is you would pretty much only get seated if you waited the given time and then went in and complained about the wait time. That then pushed people that had been waiting even longer even farther out. 2) Kitchen staffing, or the lag with food coming out must be fixed. In addition, the people bringing food out need to be sure that the food they are delivering is to the correct table. We watched a table who didn't order an appetizer receive ours. We also almost had drinks dropped off to us that weren't ours. 3) Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. Our table was sticky, the floors are awful, the bathrooms stunk and were awful.... Each night there needs to be a lot better cleaning of the restaurant.

Very accommodating and fixed any order mistakes they made very fast. We were all in bathing suits and didn't feel like being around people so we set up a picnic on their nice manicured grass outside. The steak was delicious and so were the potatoes and broccoli. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
