I have had to call JP several times for his knowledge about certain items. And I have always been treated with respect and professionalism and honesty on all my questions. Whether in his store or out in public places he has been very approachable and kind.. I have sent several people to his store and they have been very satisfied. Thank you for your help
He was very rude and only picks and chooses the customer he wants to help first ...of course being the one spending the most cash. Not very nice at all and he has a piss poor attitude for being a business owner.

These guys are the best in town. I've purchased a few items from them that I could not refuse due to quality and markdown pricing. Very helpful with appraisal, cleanings and modifications. The best part is I always walk out feeling like they did their best to give me a good deal. No regrets
They had replaced a diamond in my wedding band that fell our during my wedding. Just over a year later, the same diamond fell out again. If they had secured it properly, it would not have fallen out again! If you are going to get jewelry fixed, pay more and go somewhere else!
