While all the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, Jill helped me design the perfect gift. There were several options provided with a vast range of prices and no pressure on selection. Total ease of doing business and can’t say enough about the wonderful experience. Support local business; especially this one that has been part of our community for over 130 years!

The service at M. Lemp was positively amazing. I reached out by phone to inquire if they could order a watch strap for my husband's watch. Jill was so attentive and helpful. The guidance she provided was absolute perfection. My husband was so thrilled with the new watch band (which arrived by mail wrapped in gorgeous gold wrapping paper) and I couldn't be happier. For such a small purchase, I was so amazed at the level of perfection in service. I really appreciated how much Jill cared and her ability to make a customer like me feel so special. Thanks so much!

My husband and I were shopping for an engagement ring, and didn’t really know where to look. We happened to be downtown at the time, near M. Lemp, so we thought, why not stop in? It was our first stop, and our last! We worked with a wonderful gentleman named George. He was an absolute delight to work with, and very knowledgeable. I told my husband and George some ideas of what I like, and together, they figured out the rest! George made a very big decision and purchase, a breeze! Not to mention that my ring is absolutely stunning and the quality is out of this world! George’s customer service was outstanding and kept us in the loop of all that we needed to know. He was just as great while helping us pick out our wedding bands! Not only do I hands down recommend M. Lemp for your jewelry needs, but make sure to ask for George!! Thanks George!

I am very happy with the service I received from Lemp Jewelers. I have never shopped there but had heard good things about them. I needed a couple of expensive watches serviced and found the people very helpful and very friendly. The service was performed sooner than I expected and the workmanship was superb. I would recommend Lemp Jewelers to everyone in the future.
