I visited Pawn King Shop City Syracuse branch. They were very professional and understanding and helpful folks. They were also knowledgeable about the Apple Watch I got a loan on. I was very pleased with the above market internet price they lent to me for my goods, and was also very pleased that they actually stay in touch and courteously reach out to customers to survey how they could improve the quality of their service and furnish due date reminders. Great prices, great, knowledgeable, courteous and professional service: that’s what they offer, and they deliver!! R.B.

Awful. They offer the lowest amount for anything and everything; I definitely recommend you bringing your business elsewhere. Try the pawn shop on Eerie Blvd! They offered me $60 more than what these guys did!

Disrespectful and arrogant. Seem mad at world an no people skills. Dude with ponytail should not be working besides doing stock. Makes people not want to shop there. Thinks all about him an not the customer an their experience. Smh. So sad...
