If I could give zero that’s what I’d do. Staff is not knowledgeable or responsible and doesn’t not care to be. Their customer service is severely lacking. They do not communicate with their customers. The final straw happened today when I picked up my “repaired” engagement ring...for the third time. They “fixed” it with a yellow stone. It is plain as day that the one stone in the halo is yellow. How did they accept this back? Did they think the customer would be pleased? Not notice? Terrible store.
I am honestly thrilled by their amazing professionalism, I went in on a busy Friday evening and there were 3 people working and yet made the shopping experience so easy - I am here to give 5 stars to the store manager's customer service. Highly recommend!!
Showed up 45 minutes after close because the Zales in my area closed for good. They still let me in and got my ring sent out. I drove over an hour and a half. It meant the world to me that they took care of the issue for me. They went above and beyond. Some of the best customer service I have received in a while. Thank you all so much!!!
Great merchandise very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to shop for jewelry.
I was very happy with a ring my husband and kids got me for my birthday and Mother’s Day. I hardly wore the ring and the one time I did the stone fell out.
