Every month there is an issue. I called was told Rx would be ready at 4. Arrived at 4 was told it wasn’t ready ( long line) I said I was told it would be ready. The attendant said hold on,,,, amazing she had my Rx. I went to get Rx on another day was told didn’t have Rx. I had been at the medicine shop told me they couldn’t fill it because it was ready at Kroger. I have left Kroger pharmacy. Very sad the lack of empathy the workers have for their customers. I have been a Kroger customer for many years in Ohio, transferred Everything to Ky. Painful, frustrating and too much time and energy to deal with. Let me give the shout out to the medicine shop filled my script in 5 minutes. And are going to coordinate my meds so I can make one trip a month for all. Not every other day or week at Kroger. Kroger needs to take time to re-educate and train your staff to put the customers first and do it right and friendly every time.

This pharmacy is the worst!! Every time i come to get a prescription they don’t have it or it’s at the other krogers. I will get a text it’s filled and when i get there they say “ oh it’s not ready!” Then they act like im putting them out in some way! That is their job! Anyhow moved all to medicine shop. Good luck with krogers!! They really don’t deserve one star!!

Our son is 100% helpless. We are his caregivers at home. His doctor comes when needed and as soon as she can. I depend on the pharmacy staff to help with my medicine questions. They are always friendly and explain all new meds to make sure we understand everything.
