Don’t ever take this bus, more than 3 hours delay from Buffalo to Syracuse, they don’t have enough drivers !!!!
Simple, clean, and they have a dunkin donuts, subway restaurant as well as a convenience store (with lottery).

TERRIBLE, SUCH A HASSLE !!! YOU HAVE TO PRINT YOUR TICKET AND IF YOU DONT IT'S A LONG PROCESS TO PRINT IT AND NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT !! Especially when trying to catch a bus You have to print a ticket out for every stop even when it's not your stop The Wi-Fi is trash ! TERRIBLE bus service
