Very helpful and courteous. I purchased my ring at another store in a different state, and the stone became loose. I found this place and initially thought it was going to be an expensive fix and take a couple days to weeks. They fixed it in store in 10 min, and polished it for free!!! This is now my store for all my jewelry needs!
