Still in the business of up selling right from the start. Courteous and quick, but way overpriced and I didn’t get all of the work outlined for the signature service. Kind of felt like that if they couldn’t up sell you, then you weren’t worth their effort to do even the minimum of what you were paying them to do, let alone go above and beyond. I felt like I was paying for a bunch of guys to stand around. Quit trying to up sell, and up your game if you want better reviews and more customers. Seriously.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The guys are always very professional and punctual. Alex worked on my truck yesterday and kept me up to date on what was needed from me. I will definitely be coming back.

Tried to sell me a $10 filter for $79.99 then didn't put my car back together correct after they pulled the filter out the gentleman was not friendly very dissatisfied

UPDATE: changing it from 5 to 1 star. 2 days after my oil change, my battery died. This of course had nothing to do with Jiffy Lube. However, what I found is my coolant was below the low line. I called to inquire if they are supposed to top this off as they do the other fluids. I was told they do it for 8.99 and it is offered when reviewing the status of the vehicle. Then I recall that did not happen, no review of the car, no mention that anything was low. All I got was “uh okay.” and he got the “manager” Ryan. He got snotty and said I he would top it off. I got there about 10 min later and was told I would have to wait 45 min. Then Ryan came out with the wrong one, a yellow one, mine is pink and my owners manual stated use pink or purple only and not to mix. He told me it was approved and would be “fine.” I don’t think so! He then said we likely told you we didn’t have the right one when you were here. This statement tells me he didn’t listen to me on the first place as I was told nothing about the level of violent. I relied on “professionals” and that was the last thing I should have done. It is a shame as I have usually had good experiences here. I guess things change. They were polite and helpful, also got me out really quick! Thank you
