I took my car into Higgins Body & Paint after I was read ended. The estimate was fast, & safe due to covid-19. When I took in my vehicle, the front desk was super nice & friendly. They sanitized the pen I used which I thought was very thoughtful. The service man who worked on my car gave me a call a few days in letting me know that they would need to keep my car longer due to more damages revealed after taking the car apart. He was also super nice & made sure I felt comfortable with the changes that needed to be made. They actually finished before the finish estimate date they gave me which was awesome. The car looks brand new with my new bumper. I'm super happy with the service. I will come back if I ever need service on my car again!

Excellent customer service, excellent work! They took great care of my truck and had it done sooner than expected. Everyone was professional and they even detailed it before returning it to me. We all hope to never need a body shop, but if you do, call Higgins first!

Higgins body & paint did an awesome job with my car. They do great work you can never tell my car had been hit, they keep you informed every step of the way. Every day I received a message informing me of where they were in the repair process. They have great customer service, kind, friendly. All around awesome !!! I highly recommend to anyone if your car needs a repair, Higgins is the place to go.

As always these guys do awesome!! They do great work for a competitive price! Melanie is one of my favorites!! She does what she can to help you out financially and she always calls before moving forward if it’s going to stray from what the estimate was. My family and myself have used these guys quite a few times whether we have been hit or had a car that got thrashed when it was stolen. They do amazing work and we will definitely go back if we have another body problem!

Had some scratches on the rear bumper of my vehicle. Higgins did an amazing job. From the time I walked in till they handed me the keys they took care of me. Customer service and workmanship are both top notch. I would definitely use them again and in fact I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
