As my wife described in a previous review, she lodged a complaint against a therapist. The male over the therapist expressed little interest in the conflict and asked if we wanted to try another therapist. That same night we had an emergency with one of our children, we used the emergency number for therapist on call. We called the emergency number three times. No one ever called us back or answered that number.nnSo as a follow up, this organization used to be great but has unfortunately completely lost our trust.

There can be good and bad in any profession. When we began using services in 2011 we were paired up with a case manager who served us for years to come. She was amazing (Thank you for all your hard work Audra). We met several good therapists while being in client services here (Ben, Jenny, Jennifer-thank you all from the bottom of my heart for loving what you do). This year though, things have been different. You can notice that something is driving off therapists. Im not sure if its internal or just red tape, maybe even outside complications. We were recently paired with a therapist here, I wont mention her name out of respect for those that have to work with her, but things have not been good. I have since made complaint and we will have to see how this pans out, I have heard that many families experience cancelled appointments, therapists switching their kids cases around with no parental involvement in the actions, and it seems like the company has an enormous caseload and cant keep good therapists. Sad.
