I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The fire marshal at the reception desk thought it was a good idea to talk down and bark at me because I was one of the younger people in the line. He also thought I didn’t know what I was doing there until he found out who I worked for and he could spew a bunch of nonsense to me. Hire people who have better customer service skills. The person I had to deal with an awful representation of the fire marshal and Nassau county public safety.
The reception window and lobby are open on Monday - Friday 9am-11:30am AND 1:30pm-3pm. If you visit the office outside of these hours, you will not be helped.
Nice place to visit... J.K.nFilled with dedicated Civil Servants, working for Civil Service pay, NOT PRIVATE SECTOR PAY!
