Came for a car wash after work pulled into the wash. The wash started but no soap came out to soak my car. I went inside the station but the girl was new working the night shift. I left my name and number and was told Bill will call me the next day. I waited all day and no call. I called two days after and the lady of the phone told me when I asked for Bill he was at the car wash. Again I left my phone number to call me back but never received a call back from Bill. This is very poor customer service. I’m going to put this note all over many sites. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. I will never go to that Mobil station for gas or a car wash again.
I get gas here regularly since it is close to where I live. They also have a Salvatore’s and Dunkin Donuts. They gas prices are usually on the higher end unless you pay in cash or get a car wash but it’s Mobile gas so you get what you pay for.
My biggest gripe here is that they charge more to use a card than they do for cash. I get there is a fee for the processing, etc. But it is 2020. It's not acceptable at this point to do that. Reputable businesses don't do this because it makes them seem cheap, like they're taking advantage of customer conveniences for their own gain, and altogether is a bit price gougy at times. The difference in charge is also usually higher than the average processing fee which also makes me weary here. I do go here from time to time, but only if it's in a pinch where I'm low and don't have enough to make it to Speedway on West Ridge. Sad because their employees are always nice.
Mobil gas stations are always more expensive than others. We didn't go inside but the pumps were clean and working so I give it a 3.
The staff is always on point!!
