Prices aren’t set normally he up charges to whoever he feels the need , uses ebt transactions for cigarettes and lotto tickets . The price changing is the worst part , then to say to me that I’ve only gone there 3 times this month , guess what buddy , I’m never giving you business again. Terrible new owner .
