Service while buying at the Pikeville store was great! Now, 4 years later, my washer has messed up and I’ve been calling for almost a month the have it fixed. I understand the part needed ordered and that takes time but it took almost a week before the part was ordered after I called. Then, I was told as soon as the part comes in we’ll call you and out you at the top of the list. Guess what?! I called back today to be informed that the part had come in and no one had called me but the earliest they could get to me would be December 2nd. So, almost a month later, with three kids a no washing machine, I’m having to pack laundry back forth between my parents house and the Landry mat, which I have to pay for. I’m so done with the customer service and repair department at Big Sandy. After this experience, and all of the issues my friends have had, I will not be purchasing from them again. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
