Submitted some tickets online because of corona. This was about 3-4 months ago at least and still haven’t heard a word back from them. The most I get is “call back in a week if you don’t hear anything” I’ve gotten this response about 7 times already. I call them every week at least once and most of the time I get sent to their voicemail where I leave all my information and explain what happened and have not once gotten a call back. Had to get my tickets extended twice already because of the wait ud83dudc4d
As a victim of a violent crime I have contacted this office 5 times trying to get information on on what is going on with my case. 4 of those contacts have been to leave a message for the assistant DA who is handling this case. I have not received even a call back from all of my messages and calls. I feel like I am not only the victim of this crime but I am also a victim of their broken currupt system. Guess it helps if the defendant is a friend of the DA.
