Around 10:45 Albany Fire Department Brevator Station T-3 Was Dispatched To Respond To A Person Down From Unknown Causes Call At 911 Central Avenue, Albany,NY. T-3 Took About 8-12 Minutes To Respond To A Call About 0.7 Miles Away It Should Have Took About 3-7 Minutes Max. Then Apon Arrival The Only One Who Was Professional, Respectful And Cared About His Job Was The Acting Lieutenant, After Barely Assisting The Person In Need The Engineer And Fire Paramedic And One Crew Member Started To Joke And Laugh During The End Of The Situation. It's Very Shameful To See Albany's Finest Acting In Such A Uncompassionate Manor.
