I would have to agree with the other Client reviewer Daniel on their scheduling inconsideration. I ran late as well and I called to ask them if I could still come in or reschedule. They told me yes. I filled out the same information they asked me in the phone (I am a new patient) I was almost done with my paperwork when the hygienist came to the front and told me I may have to reschedule my cleaning. I was irritated that they chose to omit that since I had previously reschedule the week before because of my schedule. In comes a new patient, no paperwork filled out, turns out she made an appointment elsewhere and got confused, they jumped into schedule her and gave the next 11AM. By that time I was really questioning why I was not given that choice since I didn't yet have my permanent dentist. I decided to ask the hygienist if there was anyway I could possibly still do the cleaning since the client upfront just got an appointment, figured maybe there would be room somewhere. Well that was a no. I won't be rescheduling, I.went towards the back and they had so many clients twirling their thumbs in desperation while they worked on other patients. So you can make us the clients wait but we can't make you wait?? Also thanks for taking away the option to choose my dentist, I couldn't even research him before I had to commit to him, versus being scheduled for that 11 AM with another dentist. We all work to make money but this situation made me feel like I was just another number and the last number. Also the other lady processing my paperwork gave me the lamest excuse that started with a "well I know you would not understand because you don't work here," maybe just do your job right and give people their choices, and be transparent and not try to crowd us in if you can't offer the same level of service to all, consistently.

Karla, it sounds like you need a lesson on time management! I had the same DDS for 3 decades, he retired. I went to 2 different dentists. They both wanted what was best for them. One even told me Christmas is his favorite time of year because so many people break teeth on popcorn kernels! Seriously! Dr. Colton is my last DDS! He genuinely wants you to have the BEST smile possible! I refer everyone here! The service and staff have ALWAYS been superb!

Dr. Colton is a great dentist and we have had a great hygienist and okay hygienist. My complaint is with billing. I owed $15 that my insurance did not cover. I contacted billing and was told not to worry about it. That I can take care of it during my next appointment. Yet, I continue to get bills and calls saying I now owe a late fee! I contact them and the do not have any recollection of saying that. They are disorganized. Not just with this, but I have also been billed for someone else's bill. That took several contacts to solve. Very inconvenient.

Great place to have dental work. The staff was friendly. Everyone how worked on me was fast and kept me informed on what was happening. Dentist was also friendly and personable. He explained what was going on with my teeth in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend them.
